Return Policy
Milian Acoustics will not accept anything but the best for our customers. If you find any of our Isolation headphones and other products to be anything less than the best, Let us know by contacting us. We take all of our customers thoughts very seriously and will do everything in our power to evolve and better serve our customers.

To receive a refund, goods must be returned to seller within 30 days of shipment date. Return Postage must be dated within the 30 day period. Returns post dated even 1 day beyond the 30 day trial, will be denied and returned to the buyer. Product must be returned in same condition as was received--refrain from excessive use of the product when returning. Failing to return any peripheral attachments or accessories when returning a product, may result in a denial of the refund. If product is deemed to be damaged by the buyer before returning, Milian Acoustics retains the right to deny refund. Milian Acoustics can not be held responsible for the return shipping of products that do not qualify for a refund. Buyer must cover the cost of return shipping. Refund will cover the full price of the item paid, but the original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Exchanges made within the 30 day return period will operate under the same policy of the 1 or 2 Year Warranties and upon shipment of the new unit will nullify the 30 day refund policy.
Warranty Policy
1 Year Headphone Full Service Warranty Details

Milian Acoustics, LLC ("Milian Acoustics") warrants authentic its Headphone products, its parts, and all other products manufactured and distributed by Milian Acoustics against defects in material or workmanship for a period of Three Hundred and Sixty Five (365) days after the date of original purchase. During this period, the entire product must be returned to the original retail dealer for a repair or replacement. The decision of whether the unit will be repaired or replaced will fall under the discretion of the manufacturers. The consumer is responsible for any transportation, shipping, or insurance relative to the return of product during the warranty period. Consumer must retain bill of sale, either paper or electronic, and provide proof of purchase when making a claim within the warranty period.

This warranty extends only to defects in material or workmanship, and do not extend to any product or parts which have been lost or discarded, or damage to product or parts caused by misuse, accident, improper operation or maintenance, or use in violation of instructions provided with the product, to products which have been altered or modified without authorization of Milian Acoustics. Milian Acoustics can not be held responsible for the return shipping of products that do not qualify for repair or replacement under the 1 year warranty. If you have any questions as to whether your product qualifies under the one year warranty, please contact us with the status of your item.

No person, agent, distributor, dealer or company is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever. The time within action must be commenced to enforce any obligation of Milian Acoustics arising under the warranty or under any statute, or law of the United States or any state thereof, is hereby limited to three hundred sixty five (365) days from the date of purchase.
2 Year Milian Acoustics Custom Cable Assembly Warranty Details

Milian Acoustics, LLC ("Milian Acoustics") warrants authentic Milian Acoustics cable assembly products, and all other products manufactured and distributed by Milian Acoustics against defects in material or workmanship for a period of Seven Hundred and Thirty (730) days after the date of original purchase. During this period, the entire product must be returned to the original retail dealer for a repair or replacement. The decision of whether the unit will be repaired or replaced will fall under the discretion of the manufacturers. The consumer is responsible for any transportation, shipping, or insurance relative to the return of product during the warranty period. Consumer must retain bill of sale, either paper or electronic, and provide proof of purchase when making a claim within the warranty period.

Repair Services
Milian Acoustics may be able to repair headphone or cable products once outside of the warranty period. If you have a product that is malfunctioning, contact us and we will do our best to restore your product to working condition.

All determinations regarding the eligibility of a Product for repair services shall be made by Milian Acoustics and shall be final. Milian Acoustics shall at all times have discretion to determine if a Product qualifies for repair services.
​
In the event the customer requests repair services outside of the applicable Product’s Warranty, Milian Acoustics may charge a fee and collect required Taxes for such Services, and all related shipping costs (packaging, transport, and insurance) shall be borne by you, unless otherwise agreed to by Milian Acoustics. The fees charged for such Services are calculated based on Milian Acoustics' best estimate of the work needed to be performed. The fees applicable to the Services will be charged prior to completion of the Services.

Milian Acoustics will endeavor to complete all repair services in a reasonable time, but any completion deadlines or estimates of which you are notified are non-binding. Milian Acoustics is not responsible for any damages or costs incurred for any delay in completion of repair Services.
Privacy Policy
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. To the full extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Milian Acoustics and its respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and representatives (and all successors and assigns of any of the foregoing), harmless from and against any claim or demand, including without limitation, reasonable lawyers’ fees and disbursements, in connection with or arising out of your use of the Services or Content, your connection to the Services, your exposure to Content or User Content, your violation of the Terms, your violation of an applicable law, your submission, posting, or transmission of User Content to the Services, and/or your violation of any rights of another. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of such disputes, and in any event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, terminate, suspend, or otherwise deny your access to all or part of the Services at any time for any or no reason at all, with or without notice to you. If we terminate your right to access the Services, these Terms will terminate and all rights you have to access the Services will immediately terminate. Termination of your use or access to the Services may also include, at Milian Acoustics' sole discretion, the deletion of your account and/or User Content, and you will not be able to retrieve any information related to your account except as required by applicable law.
