We will ship to you wherever you are in the world! All International shipments made directly from Milian Acoustics are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. Tracking numbers and other shipment information will be available in your account information and sent to your email account.

Insurance
All orders placed directly from this Milian Acoustics website, both Domestic and International, are insured and guaranteed by Milian Acoustics. Should your shipment be lost or damaged in freight, we will resend the order free of charge. If your order has been lost, please contact us and we will fix the problem.
Pre-Orders / Out of Stock
Some items are available for pre-ordering in the event of them being out of stock. Most pre-orders will be shipped within 3-4 weeks of ordering. Please allow up to 6 weeks for pre-orders to be fulfilled. If an order will take longer than 6 weeks, you will be notified and given the option of cancelling the order.
