This 4 Pin Mini XLR female to 2.5 mm Mini TRRS plug is compatible with the Milian Acoustics Max-I Isolation Headphones.  It has the same specifications as the stock cable that comes with the headphones.

This cable will transmit a balanced signal from audio sources with 2.5 mm TRRS outputs.  The Pinout is as follows, also pictured above:
